Prosthetic services are also provided in the United States. Two rehabilitation centres operate in Irpin and Lviv, offering care to patients from across Ukraine.
is a neuro-rehabilitation centre
Established by the Revived Soldiers Ukraine Charitable Foundation. It was the first rehabilitation facility in Ukraine to specialise in neurorehabilitation for people with central nervous system injuries, including brain and spinal cord trauma.
The centres provide comprehensive rehabilitation for patients with neurotrauma, polytrauma (including shrapnel, mine-blast, and gunshot injuries), musculoskeletal conditions, as well as pre- and post-prosthetic recovery. Beyond physical rehabilitation, NextStep Ukraine also focuses on psychological and social recovery. Patients take part in art therapy, theatre visits, workshops, travel activities, and inclusive sports programmes, which support broader reintegration and mental recovery.
