Established by the Lviv branch of Plast, Ukraine’s scouting organisation. It systematically supplies the military with equipment, including Ukrainian-made systems, and vehicles. It operates on the principles of transparent reporting, support for media-underrepresented military units, rapid processing of requests, and logistics management at every stage.
Between 24 February 2022 and 24 February 2026, Alarm raised more than 215 million UAH to support the Ukrainian military. During this period, the foundation delivered over 1,000 FPV kamikaze drones, more than 200 DJI drones, 20 anti-Shahed interceptor systems, 13 unmanned ground vehicles (UGVs), 105 vehicles, and 76 electronic warfare systems.
