That develops Ukraine’s creative and innovative potential through accessible education and impactful initiatives.

The Foundation provides scholarships in creative and tech education for women, active-duty military personnel, and veterans, while also offering career support to help participants transition into new professional opportunities. In addition, Projector Foundation develops tailored educational programs for specific target groups, including a financial literacy course for women, a leadership and management program for military personnel, and an entrepreneurship program for women working in the HoReCa (Hotel, Restaurant, and Café) sector.

Through its educational initiatives, 4,000 women and 200 military personnel and veterans have acquired new professional skills and entered careers in the creative and technology industries. In addition, 18,000 women have participated in the Foundation’s financial literacy course.
