Supports families facing difficult life circumstances, works to prevent child abandonment and institutionalization, and strengthens the capacity of families to provide safe and nurturing environments for children.
The Foundation also provides guidance and support to adoptive parents, foster families, and patronage care families, while providing comprehensive assistance to teenagers throughout their integration and socialization processes. All of its activities are aimed at ensuring every child’s right to grow up in a family and enjoy a dignified life.
One of the Foundation’s key initiatives was the UNICEF-supported project “Strengthening the Capacity of Communities in Western Ukraine to Provide Psychosocial Support and Social Services to Vulnerable Children and Adolescents” (2023 - 2024), which covered five regions of Ukraine. Through this project, 6,000 vulnerable children received psychosocial support, 12,000 parents and caregivers developed resilience and positive parenting skills, and 20 candidates were referred to social services to establish family-based care arrangements.
