is a national program

Providing free reconstructive rehabilitation and treatment for deformity-related injuries, burns, and scars caused by war. The initiative supports both military personnel and civilians affected by Russia’s aggression against Ukraine.

The organization focuses on restoring appearance and treating aesthetic skin damage, providing functional rehabilitation of limbs and joints (including hands, legs, the spine, and neck), delivering specialized treatment for injuries caused by torture, and using advanced laser technologies and high-quality medical products. Neopalymi’s work is based on the world’s first National Consensus Protocol for the Treatment of Combat-Related Burns and Scars.

Neopalymi is a network of 43 partner clinics across Ukraine, Poland, and Moldova. Currently, around 500 patients are undergoing treatment through the program. The initiative collaborates with the Ministry of Veterans Affairs of Ukraine, the Coordination Headquarters for the Treatment of Prisoners of War (Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine), the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, and the Ukrainian Navy.
