Online programs are available to students from all regions of Ukraine. Offline activities are implemented in the Kyiv, Odesa, Poltava, Dnipropetrovsk, Mykolaiv, Kherson, Lviv, and Ivano-Frankivsk regions.

Working in the field of education to strengthen human capital for Ukraine’s recovery and sustainable development. Its activities focus on restoring education and helping students catch up on learning losses, supporting the psychological well-being of students and teachers, developing youth leadership potential, fostering civic competencies and engaging students in positive change within their schools and communities.

The organization was the first to publish the results of the world’s first randomized controlled trial in education conducted during wartime (carried out by the World Bank in 2023). The study demonstrated the effectiveness of the tutoring approach used by the organization to address learning loss.

Teach For Ukraine has also been selected as the co-coordinator of the “Education in Emergencies” thematic working subgroup under the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, representing national, regional, and local organizations in this area of work. Graduates of the Teach program hold leadership positions in schools, civil society organizations, and public institutions.
